The location was convenient and close to Kokura station. The staff were helpful and there was a free massage sofa. The single room was spacious and well-equipped. Free coffee and beer were nice perks.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel offered free coffee and tea, which was perfect for a cold winter day. The location was central and easy to get around, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The view from the room was lovely and added to the romantic atmosphere.
The hotel was very outdated and in need of a deep clean. The smell in the room was overwhelming, and the bathroom was not clean.

We enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk away from the monorail and train stations. The hotel facilities were great, including the free massage sofa and coffee machine in the lounge. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff who were always willing to help.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We recently stayed in a budget-friendly hotel walking distance from the famous Kokura Castle. the monorail station was nearby, while Kokura and JR stations are a short trip away. We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room, well-equipped bathroom and amenities, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. the free coffee, beer, and local treats were a nice touch. We found the location, service, and facilities provided satisfying accommodation options.
Our only issue was a slight musty smell in some of the bathrooms.

The hotel offered free coffee and a can of beer per day which was a great touch and made our romantic getaway feel special. the location was perfect for us, with easy walking to local restaurants in the area and other key locations in the city. We especially enjoyed taking a dip in the onsen which was a relaxing escape from the busy city.
the staff was a bit unfriendly and unaccommodating when we mentioned the issue.
